“I used to suffer from severe anger episodes and an inability to control my emotions, which caused problems and conflicts with my father and led to the deterioration of our relationship. Through my participation in the ‘Midad’ project, I learned how to control my emotions, improve my behavior, and deal with all situations better, no matter how difficult.
I now remember my friends and peers in ‘Midad’ whenever I face a negative or difficult situation, and I focus on how they would behave during moments of anger. Today, my relationship with my father is excellent—I understand him, appreciate his guidance, and communication between us has become highly effective.
