Programs Designed to Empower Every Stage of Youth Development

Youth Volunteers (Ages 15-18):

For instance, Family Livelihood is a youth volunteering program for ages 15–18 that promotes the value of community service while equipping participants with essential life, academic, and career-ready skills. Alongside weekly volunteer work, youths take part in educational workshops that build confidence, strengthen personalities, and develop social and practical abilities. Through engaging activities and regular gatherings, the program nurtures personal growth and a lasting spirit of volunteering.

Young Adult Development (Ages 18-24):

Like Midad project, which is a youth initiative inspired by the real needs of young people in our Arab community. It supports unframed youth aged 17–26 by encouraging active social participation through year-long engagement, including fieldwork, tours, and the creation of social initiatives, while building sustainable structures for community involvement in Umm al-Fahm.

Advanced Networking (Ages 18-27):

The “We grow with you” program for advanced networks supports university students from the second year onward through financial grants, training in professional and personal skills, and financial literacy, while promoting volunteering and community responsibility, aiming to develop a generation of educated youth capable of making a positive impact in their communities.

Amanina Community leaders

My Role Model empowers young people by building confidence, motivation, and ambition to help them transition smoothly into higher education or career paths aligned with the job market. By connecting students with inspiring role models from their own communities—individuals who overcame similar challenges—the project encourages positive choices and helps steer youth away from risk, violence, and crime.
